Just a couple of things regarding this Saturday’s cup game away to Sevenoaks Weald.

1) Good news – they now play their games at Tonbridge Farm ( where we play Tonbridge Baptist Church ) and therefore we will be there this Saturday. Please let any family or friends know this.

2) It seems that Sevenoaks Weald have had some major issues with numbers ( no Paul, not that they cant count etc, but in that they have a lack of! ). This meant that in September their 1st team ( Prem ) dropped out. The Reserves ( Div 2 ) then became the 1st team, and the 3rds ( Div 3 ) became the Reserves!

But, league meeting minutes received today indicate that because of the numbers problem, the 1st team ( now Div 2 ) have also dropped out………leaving, that’s right…….the Reserves ( Div 3 ) to now become the 1st team and the ONLY Sevenoaks Weald team left in the whole wide world of the Sevenoaks and District Football League! And still in Div 3! So this season we have had Sevenoaks Weald 3rds, Reserves and 1st team all in our Division!

Literally…….there’s only one Sevenoaks Weald! One Sevenoaks Weeeeeeald! bla bla bla.
